Billing portal
How to access the Stripe billing portal to manage payments, invoices, and your subscription.
The billing portal
Le Bureau uses Stripe for billing. The billing portal is a Stripe-hosted page where you manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices.
How to access it
- Log in to your Le Bureau dashboard.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing from the dropdown.
- You will be redirected to Stripe.
You can also get there from the pricing page by clicking Manage Subscription if you have an active plan.
What you can do
Update your payment method
Add or replace a credit or debit card. Stripe supports all major card networks. Your card details are stored by Stripe. Le Bureau never sees or stores your full card number.
View and download invoices
Every payment generates an invoice. From the portal you can:
- See your full billing history
- Download invoices as PDF
- Check upcoming payment dates
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel Pro or Max at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
- No further charges.
- Your desktops keep running until the period ends.
- After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Update billing information
Change your billing email, company name, or address for invoices.
Security
The portal is hosted by Stripe. Your session uses a one-time link that expires after use. Le Bureau does not store card numbers, CVVs, or any raw payment data. Everything is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
